What is a project proposal and how is it different from a research proposal?
Both project and research proposals are organized in similar ways. They both include these major sections:
- cover page
- summary
- introduction
- problem statement
- objectives/ specific aims
- methods
- evaluation
- budget
- appendices
- focus on developing, implementing and evaluating programs
- are community based
- have process as well as outcome based objectives
Now, suppose you want to write a proposal to develop a new program whereby
participants receive special vouchers in order to access specified services.
