8/01/95 - 07/31/00, Physiologic Basis of fatty Gene Recessivity, NIH R29 DK48233, PI: Gary E. Truett, $505,103, The goal of this project was to identify the physiologic mechanisms that mediate a developmental change of the fa obesity mutation from codominant to recessive.

9/15/94 - 8/31/97, Metabolic and Genetic Markers for Dietary Obesity, NIH RO1 DK45895, PI: David B.
