515 Field Study in Community Nutrition (1-12)
Personal participation in and analysis of state or regional community nutrition program. Location of in-depth study to be selected in consultation with instructor. Prereq: 513, 514 and consent of instructor. S/NC only.

530 Molecular Application in Nutrient - Gene Interaction (1)
Theories and applications of gene regulation methodologies. Experimentation with DNA and RNA. RNA and DNA isolation and analysis to illustrate nutrient regulation of gene expression.
