Undergraduate Curriculum
The undergraduate nutrition curriculum leading to a Bachelor of Science degree is sequential, beginning with general education, basic sciences, and introductory level nutrition and foodservice systems coursework in the first two years. The junior and senior level curricula assume mastery of lower division material to facilitate optimal performance in upper division nutrition focused coursework. The degree requires a minimum 120 credit hours for completion and minimum grade of C in all Nutrition prefix courses required by the College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences and a minimum 2.0 GPA.
