This East Tennessee regional food environment map provides the user with an interactive view of the spacial distribution of food and beverage sources, along with significant health and demographic information of the region. The data sources for the map are publicly available and include information from the Tennessee Department of Agriculture, the Tennessee Department of Health, the American Community Survey, local and regional health departments, the Tennessee GIS and ArcGIS servers, Feeding America, Nourish Knoxville and the US Census Bureau. The counties represented in the map include: Anderson, Blount, Campbell, Claiborne, Cocke, Grainger, Hamblen, Jefferson, Knox, Loudon, Monroe, Morgan, Roane, Scott, Sevier, Union.
